- At Kila Kitu we use Royal Mail for all our postage services. Orders are usually dispatched within 7 workings days and are sent using Royal Mail Second class delivery, which usually takes about 4-5 working days within UK to be delivered.
- We use Royal Mail for international postage aswell and takes approximately
- Europe - 7-10 days
- USA and Canada 7-10 days
- Rest of the World 7-14 days
- Charges for UK deliveries are £3.99 and £6 depending on the item
- Charges for Europe deliveries range from €5 to €10
- Charges for USA and Canada range from £5 to £10
- Charges for the rest of the world range from £5 to £10
- Privacy & Security
- At Kila Kitu we take your privacy very important and therefore never share your information with anyone.
- Returns & Replacements
- We try our best to take good pictures which depict the best colour of the product and try to give as much information on the products as possbile. But there still be times when you may change your mind or the item is received damaged. Worry not, you have 7 days from the date of receiving the item to return it to us in case you change your mind. Just email us at customercare@KilaKitu.co.uk with your Order id and what item you like to return and we will email you back with a confirmation.
- You can return by any service you like, as long as you retain a proof of posting. You may purchase an extra insurance for your piece of mind. We will not refund any postage costs for returning the item to us unless the item was received in damaged condition, in which case we might just send you another one, upon showing us the a picture of the damaged item.

- There are 2 ways of placing an order with Kila Kitu, you can do it the old fashion way by calling us between the working hours and place the order with a person or you may just place the order over the website.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We at Kila Kitu, scour through out the world looking for unique and different items to bring to our loyal customers at the high street and online beating prices. We endevour give the best prices available and do send out promotions through newsletters. We only accept using all major credit and debit cards, sorry no cheques.
- Viewing Orders
- You can always login to your account and view your order details, cancel an item, place an order, and re-order any previous orders
- Updating Account Information
- You can always log into your account from the link on the top of the page and update your account info, like changing your password, update a new address and more.
